Refund policy
Fuel Fabrication, LLC maintains a no-refund policy. All sales are final. Call for Warranty Information.
We can not be held liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. However, if your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
To start a return, you must first call us at (219) 750-9116 to obtain a Return Authorization. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and call us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package (you may also refer to the warranty information page). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
